How do we get from blank metal to your finished part?

After establishing the right thickness of material we cut the blank to a precise starting size to minimize material waste. We then clamp this blank in a lathe and spin the metal until it sits true to the die-form. The blank is then spun to the form over a series of passes, that can only be gained through many years of experiance from an expert operator, to judge the correct thickness over the entire part to ensure conformity and suitability of the finished item.
